DRAK ALBUM OUT NOW: Release Date: 22/02/10. Fantastic new album 'Unbreakable' from rockers DRAK. Featuring all new illustrations and design by Matrokk, inspired by their music. This was a great project to be involved with as the music is fantastic, and they have a huge global following from band members links/tours with other bands such as Motley Crue and Aerosmith. OVENDEN'S 'SELF' FINE ART BOOK RELEASED: Exciting news: Ovenden Contemporary have released their new book entitled "Self' published by Beautiful Cariad. And amazing news for me is that I get a page in the book dedicated to my 'Unbreakable Heart' artwork. This is a real honour, and is nice to be given the recognition by all at Ovenden Contemporary. NEW WORK-The Candy Floss Lady: I would like to introduce a new art project to you! The Candy Floss Lady was originally an idea I had a few years ago, about a beautiful mystical self-obsessed woman who used her looks to fulfil her own selfish desires. I am really happy with the finished series, one of the pieces is included the Mixed Media Art gallery so please have a look. (02/2010)

MY WORK NOW AVAILABLE AS STOCK ILLUSTRATIONS: Great news, some of my popular childrens illustrations and other illustrations are now available to be licenced as stock images though my agency. Hopefully some of my illustrations will be picked up by top companies and used in great projects! Featured illustrations include pieces from series such as Matrokk Dolls, The Masquerade, Underwater, The Sea Maid and other select pieces new and from popular illustration projects. CAPTURE MANCHESTER ART BOOK RELEASE: As you know I was recently involved in an exhibition at Cube Gallery in the heart of Central Manchester. This was a great venue and event. NEW WORK- The Matrokk Dolls: I have been really busy working on some of my favourite illustrations to date. They are full of character and some of them are currently set to be used by Merseyway Shopping Centre, Stockport to display in vacant shop windows. So look out for them if you are in the area. Others in this ongoing series are set to be used by my agency as stock illustrations for licensing purposes. So hopefully you will see much more of these characters! (04/2010)

SOLO EXHIBITION: Amazing news! I am due to be showing my work in my biggest and highest profile solo exhibition yet, beginning 26 SEPT 2008- onward. Entitled; MATROKK; The Exhibition, the show will be held at Chique- a light and airy indoor exhibition space, located in the Covered Mall of Merseyway Shopping Centre, Stockport. LOVE SOAP US CAMPAIGN '08: I was recently asked to provide artwork for the website and US ad campaign for new brand 'Love Soap.'
